Wedding of Francesca and Daniel, 25th September 2010

Francesca and Daniel had a beautiful wedding day at the picturesque venue Lulworth Castle on Saturday 25th September 2010.

The bride arrived in the 4 door Beauford Car and her bridesmaids had the Bramwith Car. The groom was especially pleased that Francesca had arranged for him to have a glass of coke rather than champagne as he doesn't drink after their ceremony!

Francesca and Daniel had a wonderful day and kindly wrote a letter of thanks to Barnes Wedding Cars after the day -
"Every part of the planning with yourselves was so easy and stress free and you were so helpful, professional and genuinely friendly. On the day the drivers - Alan and Norman, were simply fantastic. They were in fact perfect and looked after us so well. Thank you doesn't even come close! I am enclosing some of our photographs that I think you would like - I especially love the one of Daniel clearly excited and saying 'Thank You' at his glass of coke!! He was so happy!
Once again thank you for everything, none of us will forget the fantastic journey we had to Lulworth Castle where everyone was waving at us when we went past....I felt like a real princess!"

It was a very special day for Alanna & Darren because not only were they getting married but 12 days earlier they had become mummy and daddy to their first daughter.
It was a lovely sunny day so the bride and groom were able to have the hood down on the car. Alanna said that everyone commented on how stunning the car looked, she overheard her 9 year old nephew say, "Wowee look at that car!"

After the service Laura and Dave travelled to Creech Grange, near Wareham for a fantastic reception. Wedding of Sarah and Rob - 5th June 2010

Rob and Sarah met at the end of 2006 and within 4 months had moved in together! Unfortunately Sarah had four close family bereavements in the first two years together, however, she found Rob was a huge support so when he asked her to marry him she knew he was the man for her!!

Sarah travelled with her mum in the Badsworth car to Bournemouth Town Hall with her bridesmaids in the matching Bramwith 7 seater car. The reception was held at the Sandbanks Hotel. All the guests enjoyed the barbecue which was served as the main course for the wedding breakfast. Sarah and Rob enjoyed having their photos taken by Digitally Different on the beach in the evening. Their honeymoon was in Portugal.

Sarah wrote: "So many people commented how beautiful the cars are - a big thank you to Reg who takes so much care of them!"

Wedding of Annalisa and Kieran

Anna and Kieran met 5 years ago on the Esso Oil Refinery in Fawley, Southampton! Anna was temping there doing an admin job and Kieran was completing his industrial placement year of his Chemistry degree. They got married on 29th May 2010 at St Catherine's Church in Wimborne because Kieran grew up in Wimborne, the reception followed at a gorgeous venue in Bournemouth at The Miramar Hotel.

Anna said that the evening reception was by far the BEST part for her, although the ceremony was really beautiful too. The worst bit of the day for Anna was when the bridesmaids were caught up in traffic (in a car not supplied by us!!) and she was left to wait at the church for them. She was close to tears but praised Peter her driver for doing a fantastic job, helping to keep her calm and said she thought he was really brilliant!

Wedding of Kitt & Matt

Matt proposed to Kitt outside the Sacre Cour in Paris on 11th November 2007, and they got married exactly 11 months later on the 11th October! We asked Kitt what her best memories of the day were and she said " It was such fun! I remember coming out of the church and seeing a barrage of cameras – I didn’t know which way to look, it was a bit overwhelming really. Of the course the fabulous weather helped to make the day wonderful too. Most precious moment – after some of the photos we walked round the back of the church and had a few moments completely alone which was very special. Its very hard to pick out the best bits because it was just so totally amazing – I just can’t believe how blessed we both are to have finally found each other. It was very special too to get married in our church by our vicar – that made the ceremony very very personal."

Kitt & Matt left for a few days mini-honeymoon in Nerja, Southern Spain, straight after the wedding and had a day at the Alhambra in Granada . The ‘real’ honeymoon is next February when they have a week safari in Tanzania and then a week on the beach on Zanzibar – truly a trip of a lifetime!

Wedding of Krissy & George

Krissy and her bridesmaids left from her parent's home in the lovely village of Marnhull to get married to George at Minterne House. The ceremony was attended by many friends and family, some who had travelled from as far away as Australia.

The gardens of Minterne House are spectacular but rain prevented the planned photos in the grounds. Pure Treats provided the couple with some large wedding umbrellas to ensure the rain didn't dampen the day. The reception took place in a marquee in George's parent's garden near Blandford. The rain and wind was persistent all day and evening but Krissy, George and their guests still had the best time ever!
